Job Ad’s Price Structure to Change.

Our pricing will be changing as of Jan 1, 2012. In an effort to provide the AV industry with a more cost-efficient means of advertising their job openings, and after many surveys and much discussions with AV companies and hiring managers, we have decided to revamp our price structure. AVJoblistings.com will be moving to a subscription based model. We will continue to offer single postings, now at a lower rate. Subscriptions will be for 6-month or 12-month periods, and with unlimited job postings.  We feel that this new structure aligns with our website’s vision in ‘Doing Our Part in Promoting the AV Industry’ as we aim to be the primary hub for AV professionals to connect with potential hiring companies. We believe that many AV companies struggle to find good talent because the cost of necessary repetitive ads in top online job boards are high, and oftentimes an ad must stay ‘live’ for many months before the right candidate(s) comes along. Our hope is that our new pricing will allow for jobs to stay listed for a longer period at no extra renewal cost to our customer, thus allowing ample time for many candidates to learn about and apply for listed positions.
