Bang & Olufsen America, Inc. is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated sales consultants to join our retail team in our Palo Alto store, located at 391 Stanford Shopping Center.

As a Luxury A/V Sales Consultant, you will be expected to:   

 

•        Achieve the budgeted sales objectives

•        Provide an exceptional retail sales & service experience

•        Assist existing customers and follow up using our CRM system

•        Participate in ongoing campaigns, events and other marketing activities

•        Promote and demonstrate the Bang & Olufsen brand and product in and outside the store

•        Help maintain and keeping the showroom fresh

•        Perform in home demonstrations

•        Assist the Store Manager in the successful running and administration of the store

 

Qualified applicants should have a natural ability to discover customer requirements in a conversational manner and a genuine care to fulfill their needs – providing superior service is paramount for you.  As you will be interacting with some of our most discriminating clients, it is vital that you are comfortable dealing with affluent and demanding customers.  A genuine care for our clients, along with an outgoing and approachable personality and good communication skills are needed to succeed in this position.

 

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in high-end and/or luxury retail or project sales with a successful sales track record.  High School Diploma/GED are required.  Basic IT knowledge is required.  You must also have flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

 

College education, A/V technical experience and licensed drivers preferred.
